“Traffic Management 2.0, Contractual agreements and Schemes” by Tiffany Vlemmings from the Netherlands National Data Warehouse and colleagues from 4 other Netherlands organisations has been selected by the judges as a co-winner of the Best Paper Award (Technical) of the 12th European ITS Congress taking place on 19-22 June 2017 in Strasbourg, France.
The judges said: “A comprehensive and well-written description of the TM 2.0 (Traffic Management 2.0) innovation platform that is a mini-reference guide for both new and experienced users. A paper of great practical benefit for suppliers, users and regulators”.
