ERTICO Supervisory Board gives green light to the TM2.0 establishment

On 30 April, Drs. Tzanidaki gave an update on the Platform TM2.0, outlining the main concept behind it as well as the sectors involved in the Platform.  She outlined the vision and mission of the Platform as well as its scope and objectives before explaining the workplan for the next 2 years.  She then presented the deliverables and indicators based on continuous re-assessment and potential warning indicators.

If approved by the Supervisory Board that TM2.0 can enter into the operational phase, the Platform will be launched in Helsinki at its General Assembly on 18 June.  The planned fees are 4000 € pa with ERTICO Partners paying 50% and public authorities, free membership.  There will also be an entry fee which will increase yearly.

In addition, Drs Tzanidaki pointed out that founding members will not pay membership fees for the first 6 months and will be eligible for the steering body.  The free membership annual fee for public authorities will hopefully attract as many as possible to join the Platform. It will also help to foster new business opportunities.  It was suggested that a slide should be added indicating the synergies with ADASIS and TISA. Drs Tzanidaki commented that TM2.0 shouldn’t work in isolation and will take into account other projects.

Approval was given for TM2.0 to enter into the operational phase.
